Our shipments are usually guaranteed delivered between 1-2 days. We also offer same-day delivery!

 

Are you able to store my cargo?

 

We do not store cargo at this time. However, we can hold onto your items for a few days if you have a set delivery date in mind. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we can assist you.

 

Do you assist in moving home and/or business goods?

 

We will ship and deliver any load that you give us! As long as the shipment is within our market area for delivery, we can move anything you need.

Are you able to pick up my items from anywhere?

 

If you are located in Southern California, we can ship and deliver any cargo you need.

 

Are your trucks temperature-controlled?

 

Our trucks are not temperature-controlled or refrigerated. We hope in the future to have this option available, but we currently do not.

Are you able to deliver outside of California?

 

Currently, Sunshine Delivery Service does not deliver outside of California.

Do I need to make an appointment to have my items delivered by your trucking company?

 

It makes shipment easier if you set up an appointment with us so that we can have your information in our computer system ahead of time. 

 

Am I limited to the types of cargo that can be shipped?

 

Whether you have a full load or less than truckload shipments, we have transport options that work perfectly for your schedule and budget.

 

How will I know where my items are during shipment? 

 

We put all of our deliveries into our computer system, so we can provide you with 24-hour tracking on your shipment to let you know where your cargo currently is during shipment and when it will be/is delivered.

 

Do you offer insurance?

 

We currently offer both property and cargo insurance:

 

Property Insurance of up to = $ 750,000

Cargo Insurance of up to = $ 100,000 per load

 

How big are the trucks you use for your services?

 

We use 26-Foot Bobtail trucks (all Bobtails are equipped with lift gates). We do not use refrigerated trucks. 

 

Do you have a permit to be a trucking company?

 

Sunshine Delivery Service is permitted to operate as a Highway Contract Carrier by the Department Of Motor Vehicles & The California Highway Patrol.

 

Are your truckers qualified? 

 

Yes! All of our truckers are licensed and permitted to drive 26-Foot Bobtails and deliver your shipments in California.

 

What does LTL stand for?

 

LTL stands for “Less Than Load” in the trucking industry. This means that even though the load might not take up the whole truck space, we will still be able to ship and deliver the load to your destination.
